With 18 years at Credit Management Association (CMA), Mike provided a wide range of business experiences, opportunities and challenges while leading the organization through many changes. In 2000, he re-imagined the 130-year-old brick-and-mortar trade credit association as a forward-thinking, technology-savvy organization. As the President and CEO of CMA in 2005, he focused primarily on creating and delivering member value by adding new products, services, strategic partnerships, and technologies to online platforms.
