Patrick Guzman, CPA, graduated summa cum laude from Cal State Long Beach with a BS in Business Administration. A certified public accountant since 1977, he has more than 40 years of experience servicing nonprofit organizations, including auditing financial statements, performing government single audit act audits, and handling tax status, unrelated business income analysis and tax return preparation. He co-founded Guzman & Gray CPAs in 1988. Patrick was president of the California Society of CPAs (Orange County/Long Beach Chapter) in 1987-88 and has lectured on nonprofit topics at Chapman University, Cal State Fullerton, Cal State Long Beach and OneOC.
